    Welcome to Hungary and the start of this 15 day Central Europe group tour! Travel to Budapest where the group can arrange an airport transfer or a transfer from Vienna for a hassle-free arrival. Next, the group will meet up with the Group Tour Shop Tour Director for an overview on the upcoming trip. Afterward, the group can get to know Hungary’s capital city on a selection of Budapest tours! Explore the city with a local guide or embark on a sightseeing cruise and see highlights like Buda Castle, the Hungarian Parliament Building, Chain Bridge and more. Alternatively, take a dip in the city’s famous thermal baths! Make it a first night to remember with an add-on dinner in Budapest.

    Day 2: Ljubljana

    The tour travels to Slovenia today. Along the way, the group can choose from a number of great travel experiences! Why not visit a traditional Hungarian horse ranch, stop at Lake Balaton or explore the medieval halls of Visegrad Castle? Cross the border into Slovenia where the group could venture on a half-day mountain hiking excursion, have lunch in Maribor or admire the views of Lake Bled. The train trip to Jungfraujoch is highly recommended. The group will travel to the “top of Europe” and get to enjoy the snowy scenery and giant glaciers! Alternatively, see more of Switzerland. Visit Lucerne and see the gorgeous Old Town or visit Interlaken - the adventure sports capital of Switzerland! Other exciting excursions include a St. Beatus Caves tour, a cruise on Lake Thun or Lake Brienz and a visit to Ballenberg, a Swiss open-air museum.     Day 7: Paris

    Wave farewell to Switzerland and say bonjour to France! Before leaving Switzerland, the group could stop in Lac de Neuchatel or Bern.     Today, the tour continues to Amsterdam in the Netherlands, travelling through Belgium along the way.
